Hi, my name is Ray Sutton, a 5th generation baker and creator of NOW Bakery... which stands for “Nourishing Our World.” Growing up watching my uncle and grandfather in the bakery as a kid, I developed a fascination for baking. The enjoyment of baking is deeply embedded in my DNA and in my heart and soul as well, however, my passion and vision goes far beyond just pleasing the taste buds. It’s about nourishing our bodies, our brains, our soul and our world.

So that’s why each of my recipes are designed absent of gluten and dairy, made from organic ingredients that are extraordinary to the pallet. Each sweet bite of NOW cookies are completely rich, moist and delectable, bite after tasty bite. Try each flavor, I think you’ll agree.
